My wife and I had a vision, and Danny built us a masterpiece. He worked in the field so he had answers for everything I could think of. He has a fantastic work relationship with the subs, and materials were always on site as scheduled. Danny has his stuff wired together. When you build with CTH they make the process so easy and they really do try to make it as stress free as possible. My husband and I moved our family into our CT home nine months ago and we have only great things to say about them. We chose CT after meeting with two other local builders and discovering that they surpassed the competition in quality and overall bang for your buck. Kenny Berthelot did an incredible job of helping us through the design and planning process. It was like he understood us and went above and beyond in thinking of ways to help us and our seven kiddos get the most out of our space. We appreciated that he thought of things that we had not even considered to help us create the perfect layout to suit our family. Our superintendent, Rene Mendez, was awesome to work with as well. He kept us up to date with what was happening and what we should expect next throughout the entire build. We were impressed with how things seemed to constantly move along. We had only one hiccup in the road and Rene was on site within 30mins (after normal work hours) to remedy the problem. Our family is ecstatic to be in our new home and while we hope to live here forever, we can honestly say that if we had to build again we would choose Cretin Townsend.

I have to brag on our contractor Jamie. He went above and beyond. He always had an answer to our 100++ questions and kept us updated on everything going on. He made everything come together and close in the promised month. On my second night in the house, I had a mild emergency. My husband could not leave work to help me and we weren’t sure who to call. Jamie saved the day!! I’m really not sure what I would have done without his help. We are so thankful for Jamie and the entire CT team! Can’t forget Tyler and Paul. They helped with our pre-construction and all our elaborate questions.
